Interesting that it mentions Intervene which was added in TBC. I wonder if this is either a copy-paste error or some sort of spoiler that Intervene will be later available as a rune.

NPC in Ratchet named Grizzby that requires you to complete 3 quests before he will allow you to buy runes from him. The runes are 5g EA.

Quest starts with Grizzby in the inn of Ratchet or Booty Bay as NPC has been spotted in both. He is to the right of the Innkeeper. Talk to him first and then he opens up 3 quests. Once you complete them, you will be able to purchase Warbringer for 5 gold. The three quests involve collecting 24 fish oil, 20 Dark Iron Ordinance, 16 Shredder Turbochargers.

Fish oil - Murlocs and Naga in hillsbrad and BFD.

DI Ordinance - drops from Dark Iron Dwarves found among other places in The Wetlands.

Shredder Turbochargers - you will need a shredder autosalvage units from Engineering. The recipe drops from Sneed in Deadmines. Use these on Venture Co Shredders in Stonetalon Mountains.

Once you're level 20+, go to the inn in Ratchet and talk to Grizzby in the back, his first dialogue option will reveal 3 new hand-in quests: (you can probably farm them all before talking to him, since its not a quest you pick up)

24 (<Óleo de peixe>): Most commonly dropped from (<Oráculo Guelrazul>) (level 28-29) in Wetlands

20 (<Ordens dos Ferro Negro>): Dropped by the elite Dark Iron Dwarves in Dun Modr in Wetlands

16 (Turbocompressores de retalhador): Obtained by salvaging the new Venture Co Shredders in Stonetalon Mountains with (<Unidade Retalhadora Autorrecuperável>) created by Engineers. (<Diagrama: Unidade Retalhadora Autorrecuperável>) for Shredder Autosalvage Units is dropped by Sneed in The Deadmines. Shredder Autosalvage Units are usable without Engineering, so you just need someone to craft them for you.

Once you handed them all in, he will unlock a vendor option and sell you all the different runes.

So if im understanding this correctly, horde have to walk into the heat of 4 different alliance zones just to find one piece of a rune, and walk through several elites and ? monsters? Either we haven't found the Warbringer variation on horde side yet, or its just geared to be easier for alliance to receive.

As of April 19th 2024 this rune is no longer locked with pre requisites. You can now go to Grizzby and buy it for 3gold.
