200G crafting fee? Don't do this quest, find a tailor who makes them.

The following quests can be picked up from Artesão Wilhelm at the Light's Hope Chapel in the Terras Pestilentas Orientais by completing Manual de Omarion which you get from Mestre Artesão Omarion.
He's trapped in a cage in the first room of trash in the Deathknight Wing inside Naxxramas.
With a skill of 300 and high enough reputation, you will be able to choose from a total of 13 different patterns depending on your professions: Alfaiataria (4), Couraria (6) or Ferraria (3).

(Patterns actually doesn't exists, all of them are taught by Mestre Artesão Omarion in Naxxramas.)

✅ Quests (except legs and cloak) are only available for: Mago, Sacerdote, Bruxo
