TL;DR VERSIONhttp://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2004/03/19/my issues have almost nothing to do with programming (though I admit that's partly because my main class seems to be getting some extra love from blizz these days). my issue is with half the people on the internet in general.the people who are funny in trade chat are one thing, but some people are total jerks on top of it. "jerk" is the lightest term I can apply to those people, and that is both an injustice and an understatement.just this last week I was running Heroic Old Kingdom for the tanking bracers off of Volazj. I was with some guildies and someone filling in. said filler was dps DK - he had some RP addon running, and even though Silver Hand is RP, the server (Horde-side anyway) is generally light, so the rest of us were yawning the entire time.we get to Volazj.we down him (my first time beating him).bracers drop.Me: HELL YESI roll need.DK rolls need.DK wins roll.Guildies: .............................................Me: WTFHDK leaves party and hearths. He puts us all on ignore.we aren't even done with the instance.bracers haven't dropped for me since.
One of the few things I QQ about is on my pvp server (I am horde) I seem to run into the biggest ally a-holes all the time. They are either 10+ lvls higher than my guy and jump me when I am not looking or I will see a ally around my level, I wave to be nice to him and go on my way fighting mobs, then the next thing I know the jerk jumps me and sometimes with a friend I mean seriously wtf.... I understand its a pvp server but these people go too far...
