So you're saying this is unintended and the result of a bug but don't say what's bugged. Is it just a UI element that has been unintentionally triggered or is the effect of the debuff actually active?Because if the debuff is actively working then I don't think it's bugged, it's being tested.
Even if it is not meant for us in NA and EU it is disturbing to see and makes you wonder.
literally seems like a 1984 scenario. i couldnt imagine living in a country that has these restrictions in place. when i was younger my mother made sure i wasnt on games all day, but to have your government tell you to get off the game to "go rest" is just so surreal like a dystopia.
Surely people understand gaming too long is detrimental to mental and physical health?
Can you switch account or play another game without penalty in this time? Or is this "ban" for your whole online life ?
Such an annoying bug. I hope they get rid of it quickly.
Why is there even an English localization of this... "feature"?Why are we seeing this at all? Are NetEase too stupid to do their own programming?
While moderation with World of Warcraft is good, but I don't trust the Chinese government at all. And I'll leave it at that.
Do people here realize South Korea has the exact same sort of regulation for minors except minors are banned COMPLETELY after 12 AM? its really not that unusual that Blizzard would follow what the Chinese government would ask them to do.
Isnt this only for children? How does Blizzard decide if your underage or not? Is it self reporting?
