Good change now your not forced into a meta comp for battle rezzes
Im glad the dk/wlock/druid is not mandatory anymore. Very good.
People looking at this and comparing it to giving BL to other classes, or talking about unnerfing scrolls..Drums, Scrolls, and Engi battle rezzes are all weaker versions of the actual class abilities. An actual BR has range and is guaranteed - this item is a consumable, requires melee range, and has a chance to backfire. it's a nerfed version of the class abilities, same way scrolls are nerfed versions of buffs, and drums are a nerfed version of BL. Arguments about whether or not the consumables should be on-par with the power of the class spells is a separate thing - but comparing this item to similar class-neutral downgrades of class spells, it's balanced same way the others are.
Very good change...guess the people complaining about this are playing classes with brez.Comparing this to scrolls is kinda silly. Everyone can buy some scrolls on the AH, but this item has an engineering requirement, so it's not like you will always have access to it. In addition, engineering needed something useful to compete with the other professions.
Rephases the anima stringsThis will be a revendreth recipe for sure.
Sweet. Engineering is the best profession in game anyway.
Ah crap I just dinged $ctrmax808... #Iwillseemyselfout.Otherwise decent. I have to be honest using it as tank is incredibly risky, and that tended to be the case as I was the only engineer in my party. Occasionally we considered finishing the fight without the healer or only two dps would have been doable, whereas trying to use the item led to a wipe because I lost all defensive capabilities. Not saying it's easier for the healer or dps but there tends to be more flexibility in when to use it. Overall I'd say this item could do with a shorter cast (2-3sec) and perhaps a small range (5-15 yards), so you're less flexible than a warlock but not extremely penalized for using a profession resurrection.
I do not agree at all with the engineering rez, there was talk of leaving the classes with unique benefits, the mage continue with the intellect, the warriors with the attack power, the priests with the fortitude, dh with amplified magic damage, monks with amplified physical damage, all exclusive without the possibility of having them for professions, and the brez that was with the possibility of having it in 3 classes now also adds it to a profession. If it is going to be like that, to those classes that have nothing else that give them other exclusive benefits. Why don't they give the druid a passive versa increase, the dk a passive haste increase, or something like that? That way everyone will be needed. Those exclusive for each class
