IDK... I think it is odd they are basically trying to sell flight paths as a cool new thing. I suppose that each have a few extra benefits but really this doesn't sound that exciting.
Nice!
Oh look, something neat we could've unlocked for each zone if Covenants weren't a forced choice. Just change them to four factions and make a new talent row with their four abilities.
that reminds me, do we know if the flight whistle will be updated for SL yet? i couldnt find it on beta
Even with flying you can use your sanctum movement network to instantly get to areas . This is useful to quick travel specific to your covenant .I dig it , escape routes when over run by the opposite faction and quick zipping to areas for mining and my engineering stuff.
Dooooo we think Nurtered Roots is meant to be Nurtured? Given that the first handful of Google results for "nurtered" are "this word may be misspelled..."
Flight is fine. Stupidity is bad for the game
The no-flying silent majority really needs to speak up here. I'll take a crack at it... Maybe lore-wise we can say no flying due to the jailer siphoning our energy from the sky? Honestly, there's a lot to be gained when everyone shares an UN-complicated form of simple, limiting travel by land mount.
the night fae mushroom network positions in the central ring are entirely disorienting ... so I tried to make sense of it with a map overlay & arrows ... also, noted in this map, the size of each mushroom in the central ring -- small (S), medium (M), large (L)https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ATfRCKEkxDJqDsEU6VU6UHfjdprYSIko/view?usp=sharing-- how do I post a photo in comment?
While other Covenants have their portals around the same place, in Venthyr's case, starting with Rank 2, mirrors are in the lower level/floor, making you take a while to get there. Quite discouraging. I love the Venthyrs but these and other features being located at different floors is plainly upsetting. The stars here are the Kyrians: 1 single portal to all destinations, plane, simple and practical. Although they should have located those landing spots somewhere else than the very same flight paths... duh!.
