Just keep the buff till shadowland pre-patch already.
weird... just keep it up until the next reset. lolit would be more fair that way to all regions would it not?
It seems blizzard just cant stop themself from being destroyers of fun. I really wonder who is in change of making these decisions. What do they gain by taking this away from the "returning players"?
You win some and you lose some.
The Rep buff is how BFA should have been the whole time. The differences between a WQ in Legion and BFA are laughable. 2-3x the rep for a Legion WQ.
What's even the point of this rep bonus for allied races if the rep is removed in shadowlands anyways, sure for essences and maybe some mounts or tabard but allied races were another Assentive to grinding the rep, and tbh if you actually went out your way for most rep and did your dailies and emiss and played the game. you'd be exalted before allied races came out anyways, why should it be new players reasoning to remove rep req for allied races. You aren't made or forced to grind rep for the race. If you want said race, you do it. If you don't want it you just don't do the rep for it. It annoys me and disappoints me how something is implemented in the game for a few years and now it's apparently too much for the player. When in reality it isn't. If you don't have time to play a game and do certain things to unlock certain cosmetics/races or anything. Then you should look into another genre of a game. It sucks and is annoying how we the player consume the content just to get what we like, and people get fed easily after a few years and things become changed just because some player doesn't have time and doesn't want to do something they don't wanna do just because they think they have to do it. I feel this is really unfair to the playerbase that stays and actually plays the game where new players or returning players cry and complain just because there's an apparent wall with a door. up top the wall is your allied race and everything from being exalted. And the door is for you to open and move forward and not care. But whatever lol To each their own I guess. Just a waste of time imo. Ps: sure you can say that i'm a hyprocrite complaining and make me look bad, but i'm complaining for the right reason, not the wrong reason.
D'awww really? Not even till the next reset just to cover this week?Grumpypantses.
They should just keep it until pre-patch. No good reason to get rid of it, because the extra influx of paragon gold hasn't been game-breaking and the overwhelming happiness of people who are seeing pals come back to the game while its been up is great to see.
I really wish they would cancel the BFA rep buff (I get there is a lot of reservations around that one, which is reasonable) but keep it for Legion. With all the crap you need to grind out from paragon caches and the fact that they drastically nerfed gold rewards from them (you mainly just get resources which are more or less worthless now) it would not impact the game economy but give people a chance to get the more grindy stuff they missed in legion. I'll be honest, i played the hell out of that xpac and only got 3 of the paragon chest mounts before BFA hit. There is a reason they had to bend to the backlash and promise no more of that (then did it anyway, go figure).Plus we have seen this before in the past with great love from the community; the rep buffs you could buy for the pandaren factions after exalted. I genuinely see no reason why those reps should not get a buff now. They were never meant to be hard to get, like for example the ones needed for the insane title, you were meant to get them as you played the expansion. If you didn't play then you are immediately put at a huge disadvantage. It might also motivate people joining WoW in the future to actually play through content like the Suramar story line (which is rep locked) or get a few of the artifact related things, essentially getting more time played out of people.
no rep buff = no gameteime extension . 23h and its OVER wanted to get alliance alied races and no wont be able to do , and i bet im not only one
