Dailies aren't affected, the assaults aren't affected.. and somehow, even the pet battle world quests aren't affected.

These reps are already the slowest to earn in BFA; no mission table rep, no reputation tokens, and due to the structure of Assaults you only get 1000 rep a week from the Emissary equivalent as opposed to 1500 a week from every other Emissary in the game.
