I faith they will do just that, it's just a shame it wasn't this way at launch as opposed to after launch. All the negative feedback after launch could have been received during testing, assuming it hadn't been already; then, this whole crisis could have been averted. I imagine it's not even that expensive of a resource drain on Blizzard to implement at least the missing features. As for the cinematics, they could've conveyed before launch that they weren't going to fulfill that initial vision for reasons a, b, & c.

This guy sounds just wrong. Like he's refering to a totally different situation.
Well of course he would say that. Hes talking to investors. Meanwhile we were given a product that was not what they advertised.
When i start reading the title i thought it gonna say: J. Allen Brack leaves blizzard.Damn, neverlucky xd
Blizzard just cares about the money they make all these sorry comments are just filler until the next POS they release that wasn't ready.
He sounds like he's repeating something a lawyer would tell you to say.
So, get rekt for those who made a purchase.
The game is actually worse than the old one.-__-
I'm starting to feel like Brack isn't actually in charge, and just gets to be the fall guy/PR. Blizzard had to be aware of the state they were shipping WC3 in.
How is a functional remaster that doesn't destroy the original game "expect really great things from "?If you cannot produce a better product than you did 20 years ago, you need to go back to the drawing board. Learning the meaning of"great" wouldn't be a bad move either.
