Garosh led the horde tropes into ulduar, the turnement and against the LK. he was there true but not incharge.
2) "He defended our world from the Legion" his overall role in legion even the warri order hall was pretty small, he tried dying and was there for the hidden arms skin.
3) "Saurgang inspired all of us to strive for true honor" just a few moment ago he said to anduin "Honor...I've never known honor"

I'm sad to see such a good orc brought down. But he did it to show the Horde (and Alliance) who Sylvanas truly was, is, and always will be- a truly evil being.
