Breath needed more than a rework -- icecap needs a removal
Would be a bummer if the battle pet Microbot 8D only drops from the hardmode battle
"So while we're always going to continue to look at underperforming talents"Regarding this comment, the destruction and affliction talents haven't been touched since the BfA beta and a lot of talents are in a terrible place. Hell, Drain Soul is still a DPS loss over having no talent at all and others need massive buffs to simply make them viable. I dunno, this comment feels a little disingenuous. I'm in no way asking for revamps or changes every other week, but cmon, number tweaks is the least they can do in major patches. A set in stone talent build for the entirety of the expansion is literally the complete opposite end to his comment earlier in the same section which said:"Changing something as fundamental as the rotation of specializations or the resource flow, or removing abilities and adding new ones, that's actually an incredibly jarring experience."This comment in itself I find a little bizarre in terms of logic too. Tier sets changed up rotation or resource flow every new raid and that was an exciting experience for many and was in the game for years. What is going on here with this reasoning? Do they not trust players to adapt and/or improve anymore?
Can anyone give a comprehensive list of underperforming talents that are being looked at in 8.2?A poster above mentioned Warlock. To my knowledge, they haven't changed any Mage talents since BFA beta earlier. *cries in Mirror Image*
I personally think that they would mess this up, hearing from the changes they've implemented since original PTR its as if there are two camps at Blizzard that wants to take the fun out of WoW, for those who want to take the fun out may I suggest signing up for WoW classic.
"Those are saved for new expansions, so the gameplay experience is not jarring for players that return mid-expansion." this is atrocious reasoning. Whats the point of making changes between expansions then? Youll still get new or returning players having to relearn the class with the added bonus of current players having to relearn it. The timing of the changes is entirely unimportant beyond it needs to be done sooner rather than later. You are wasting an expansion for under performing classes and specs and throwing the blame on the players for why you wont fix it.
Class balance that is new joke...like it was on legion dh's,monks, affli? or like into Bfa dh's unholy dk and frost dk...1 button 300k dps nice class balance.....and ur problem was outlaw that after u 200% nerf from leg bracers and ofc the 50% nerf on the fate's thirst talents on the first month u destroy outlaw spec for all legion exp! and now u give them something good u destroying the spec again....why because some kinds cry …" o check this outlaws dmg is huge" nice Joke once again Ion
Great, more excuses to keep class balance in a bad spot and have another raid tier of stacking warlocks while benching every non dh / rogue melee?
"We realize that there is a problem with Class talents and balance but it'll have to wait till the next expac."Ion is the master of realizing there is a problem and choosing to do nothing about it. I doubt anything will be fixed even in the next expac. This is why sub numbers are dropping. The devs just don't care about the players.
