idk why people are so upset that 'they were supposed to be released on launch'. That makes no sense, and blizz never said they were coming at launch because dark iron dwarves and the mag'har orcs came at launch. People just love to hate I suppose :P Will be cool to play them though. looking forward to it.
I am not upset that they were not released on launch, but I am wondering why do we have to keep doing quests to unlock something that has been delayed so many times?
Sneaky Vol'jin.
Eternally grateful that Talanji isn't submitting to Sylvanas and is instead her equal.
So, is Vol'jin intractable at all? Did you have to do anything special to see him?
I personally skipped all the drama by not purchasing on launch; now I just have to wait for the patch, then I can finally enjoy my Troll Pally that I have always dreamed of!
I'm not sure if Talanji is fully aware of how the Horde works politically. Sylvanas DOES outrank Talanji, though realistically only in matters that concern the entire Horde. The Zandalari Empire can't really be considered 'equals' with the Horde, since the Horde (at least internally) isn't one unified nation but various tribes, kingdoms, and organizations that all operate as equal parts of the greater whole. By joining the Horde, the Zandalari have accepted to be part of this ecosystem where the Warchief makes external decisions and settles inter-tribe disputes but each racial leader maintains their own way of life/governance/religion/etc.Of course, this comes with some benefits. Talanji, instead of just being allied with the Horde and their leaders, is a direct equal to, say, Lor'themar and Mayla Highmountain. Her people have the full protection of the Horde, and can't be pushed around or subsumed by other Horde factions. Sylvanas can't raise Talanji's people as forsaken without her consent (haha no), or risk an immediate and overwhelming revolt. Additionally, Talanji herself is now fully qualified to take on the Warchief mantle, whether by selection/vote or by Mak'gora. It's honestly why I believe the Alliance races should have swallowed their pride years ago and tried to join the Horde. There are far greater racial hatreds that have been ironed out within the Horde (blood elves vs revantusk, zandalari vs pandaren/goblin, nightborne vs darkspear, tauren vs undead, etc.) than between the Horde and Alliance. Then Anduin simply has to beat Sylvanas in a Mak'gora and BOOM!- the Alliance defeats the Horde politically from within like a maggot bursting free from a corpse. And if they play their cards right, the Horde citizenry will be cheering them as they go.
Yaaaay nice quests :3
All that rep grind is why i stopped playing endgame content..
