what about some of the mobs in shrine of the storm...? xD from what i remember, some after tidesage council hit hard.

Next changes I want to see is removal of the dmg component of quaking, reduction in dmg of grievous and a big nerf to fortified.
He might be onto something though. Wouldn't mind if Quaking self-damage was reduced or maybe even removed completely, but increase the damage you deal to others. This is more intuitive than current design. There being an opening for getting combo-ed by boss damage and quaking whilst spreading perfectly isn't exactly the greatest design.
they are totally fine, just like freaking witches in Arcway.. @high they can wipe you, if you couldn't manage an interrupt beside those drastic nerfs to those bosses Shrine is fine instance, few ways to skip/shroud what ever mobs you feel better to kill.but after those nerfs, Shrine will became one of loved instances.
Decent changes but kinda late /shrug Guess it will help with next season
I'd like to see the dispel in the council fight at least activate unstable afflictions damage when dispelled.

or how about no orbs spawn on adds on bosses for shrine like they stated works for kings' rest underrot.
Still waiting for Fortified HP % nerf.
What about Temple of Sethraliss last boss orb despwn timer and explosives all over the place with 4 hexers +2 extra mobs +frogs...u are running all over the platform to kill the explosives and u losing dmg on adds...then the orb despwns and u cant heal the boss It happens on +13 yday…GG bliz
As a tank, that Hindering Cleave change is the best change I've seen all BfA! I would always get hit by those and it would take like half my HP or kill me, now I just easily side step it.
