The prices for the quest items are retarded!
1) If you're on the Alliance side, you don't need a quest for 370 gear because you have a world boss to go kill in the controlled area. It’s not a guaranteed drop. I killed the boss last night and just got a small piece of Azerite.
Are there any plans to add a tracker to the home page for the contributions like the broken shore building? Would be nice :)
Given what these materials are worth, 150 rep and a tiny bit of AP really isn't worth it. Anywhere between 600g and 5k, for the equivalent reward to doing one or two WQs... Yeah, no thanks. It's difficult to balance though. On one hand you don't want rich AH bots just buying their way to a high ilvl neck and rep, but on the other if the rewards are pitiful the majority of players won't bother.
the next 3 warfronts (based off in game information , achievement modifications and random reputation changes) will be Desolace, Wetlands and Stone Talon Mountains. Just thought i'd get that out in the open.
Hello all! Just wanted to talk a little bit about the prices of each of the things being turned in here. I have a feeling this is somewhat random but there is a huge disparity in prices of turn-ins, as people have discussed. 100g to the goblin is definitely the cheapest one haha.I took the lowest current prices off of AH to buy ALL the required materials. For example, someone was selling 5 tidespray linen for 1g each. I did not count that as there were not 60 available at that price.Profession - NA Turn In - AH Gold Value Sept 5th 2018 10:30 PM Moon Guard Alchemy - 2 Steelskin Potion - 2 x 300g = 600gBlacksmithing - 2 Monel-Hardened Stirrups - 2 x 1600g = 3200g Enchanting - 3 Enchant Ring-Seal of Versatility -3 x 100g = 300gEngineering - 6 Crow's Nest Scope - 6 x 1100g = 6600gFishing - 60 Great Sea Catfish - 60 x 90g = 5400gJewelcrafting - 15 Straddling Viridium - 15 x 125g = 1875gLeatherworking - 2 Coarse Leather Barding - 2 x 200g = 400gInscription - 3 War-Scroll of Fortitude - 3 x 250g = 750gTailoring - 60 Tidespray Linen - 60 x 10g = 600gThis averages to 2191.7 gold per turn-in. 5 professions price in at under 1000g (Alch,Enchant,LW,Inscript,Tailor). 2 are between 1- and 5-thousand gold (JC, BS), and I feel so sorry for Fishers and especially engineers being well above 5-thousand gold. I'm hoping that this is intended and every week some professions will have more expensive materials than others, in order to give everyone "their time to shine" as it were. If not, well, that's going to be a bit of a pain for certain professions.
If you Alliance are annoyed at the Horde being so slow, feel free to put the required items on the AH for 100g or so, I'm sure the rate will pick up.
the rate is NOT gonna pickup as these "fake" blue ! are in fact NOT dailies.I did my profession turn ins yesterday and wanted to do them today to no avail? wththis means DE FACTO(!) BLIZZARD decides when the switch happens... not the turn ins....
I'm saying the rate would pick up if every Horde were doing all 9 or whatever quests instead of just two or three.
Only 43% now in horde war prep. Why its so slow are they sleeping?
sucks they gave horde the advantage..again..and ya you did get an advantage - you got an 870 piece of guaranteed gear. the rest of us got 840 and a slight chance at an 870
this needs updated
These are not correct as of 21/Oct/08. Mats for some of the quests were different than what was posted here for EU-Stormscale.
Hey all, I'm on a NA server and there are some differences:20x Coastal Healing Potions instead of the steelskin potions2x Monel-Hardened Hoofplates instead of the monel hardened stirrups6x F.R.I.E.D instead of the crow's nest scope1x Battle Flag: Rallying Swiftness instead of the tidespray linenHoping Blizzard doesn't randomize these, but wouldn't put it past them. Also it's 100 gold and 100 war resources for the two general donations. (I bought everything on the original list from the AH to be quick, then bumped into those differences when trying to do the turn-ins.)
