Seriously guys, Vulpera as playable would ruin the game. I know a lot of people would quit just because they wouldn't be able to take the game/lore seriously anymore if they see fox people everywhere. Go play panda, worgen, or tauren if you want to satisfy your fetish for furries.Vulpera as playable also just feel like they honestly wouldn't fit in with the game. The race is like something they pulled from Narnia, lmao.
And btw wowhead, deleting comments even though I was careful not to insult specific people is petty.
@ LightningFearSorry, but I know many people who will start playing WoW because Vulpera will be playable. I also know a couple of friends who said they'd quit had they added more Elves to the game. People want something different for once. Enough of Human-like races and Elves for once, there's plenty. I also speak for the majority of people who would start to play/return/keep playing because of Vulpera. And fetish for furries? This is getting old...*Sigh*See nothing wrong with Vulpera being added, can also see it's a step in the right direction in many ways too. Many of us share Childhood memories of Robin Hood cartoon and other Disney films, so having a playable fox is a fulfillment of that dream and a reminder of childhood.I'm not forbidding anyone to play what they like, neither should you.
The amount of Vulpera hate is just comical. The worgen, tauren, and pandarian races appeal to certain types, just as humans, orcs, and elves of their various types do to others. Personally, I'd never play a human in an MMO, simply because I'm already a human, and don't see the need to play one in game. If you, as a player, don't want to play a Vulpera, then don't play one. Its that simple. No one is forcing you to play a fox person, just like no one forces you to play any race or class. Personally, I don't care for Foresaken, lore, looks, or anything else wise, but I don't complain about them. Why? Because while they may not be my cup of tea, tons of my friends in game love their Foresaken toons. And good for them! Let people enjoy things. There's no need to rip into others, or trash a whole potentially playable race simply because you, personally, are offended by them.
So yeah, I understand that. Happens to me all the time which is why I am not always as polite as I could be, it becomes hard to be patient.
Battle For Azeroth doesn't sound interesting, it sounds stupid. Everyone is not only holding the idiot ball but clinging to it with tooth and nail. Back to all war all the time, like in Cataclysm, with an obviousy evil leader in charge of the Horde and even Saurfang is following without more than a couple of grunts of protest. The old fool is more interested in dying "honorably" than in keeping the Horde from going on another self-destructive rampage. Back in the day he even said he would kill Garrosh himself if he went mad with power. Now he's the banshee's obedient attack dog. Everyone else in the Horde is OK with this state of affairs even though their so-called Warchief pretty much deserted her people to pursue a self-serving errand and struck a bargain with a monster just like her. As for Anduin, he got mocked over the years for trying to make peace and now finds himself in a position where he either leads the war or watches his people get slaughtered. Who's going to push for peace with the Horde after Theramore, the Divine Bell debacle and the Broken Shore? They break every single truce with glee and pass off the warmongering crap as "honor".
I mean, feel free to use tv tropes terms like "idiot ball". I treat those people about as seriously as young children. Not trying to insult anybody it's just very immature.
