Biggest problem I see with VF and the Insanity mechanic in BFA was that those abilities were designed with our artifact in mind. We had a full overhaul of our play style for Legion because they knew we would have the artifact to compensate for everything. Without it, it just feels like we find ourselves with half a spec with abilities that don't interact well with each other anymore. I don't really like that they removed the focus on dots for this next expansion. Did they think we were too close to Affliction warlocks?I'm still a bit baffled at making Shadow Word: Death a talent instead of baseline, as it was a core ability for at least the past ten years, but even more than that, we lose Reaper of Souls. At least bake these two together. It's understandable to lose artifact abilities, but a core one with nothing given in exchange? That just feels bad.
After seeing all of that mess, I don't know if I still have some remaining hope of Blizzard fixing "Glyph of the Voidling"
How come shadow mend isn't mentioned as a Shadow Priest survivability option? I know I use it to survive all the time.
Every class change seems to be catered towards being more Mythic+ viable while Blizzard is currently pushing invitationals for those. Not a coincidence. So we have to suck it up and hope their newest sad attempt an E-Sport crashes and burns so we can go back to normal (aren't their millions of subbed players enough revenue? is this necessary?).
