Raid finder and mogging were the one´s i´d loved the most.
Yay! I am so done with Cataclysm. Get MoP released ASAP so I can resub to WoW =)
Look, the 1-60 revamp was amazing. Nobody has had a problem with the changes to the overworld. The updated Orgrimmar and adding to the existing map with Hyjal and TH were great. I really think the biggest gripe was with the way they completely tried to restyle healing and pvp dps. It doesn't make people happy to have to work so farkin' hard. When are people happiest in WoW? When everyone has strong nukes and small health pools that can be overhealed with a single spell--no resilience to dps down in pvp, and no tinking away at the tank's health pool with dinky weak heals in pve. NO healer likes to sit and drink, holding up the entire group for 20 seconds of dead air. This is a problem which was... sort-of-alleviated... for some healer classes as epic gear became more attainable. Priests are still having pretty severe regen problems. See, I don't mind tinking away with heals if I am given the mana regen to do it forever. But going from Wrath healing (infinite mana regen and strong heals relative to health pools) to Cata healing (severely restricted mana regen barely adequate for current content and weak heals relative to health pools) was a very nasty experience.I know we'll not likely ever get the old healing/dps model back again, but hey. If you want your subscriber numbers to creep back up, that's one way to do it. You could also revamp character models for the vanilla races! ^___^
When the mist of pandaria will be released ?
Unfortunately and even though appreciated, I think the WoW development team wasted all that time redoing the low level quests. Why? First of all, with the 101 ways to accelerate XP and leveling in existence now, you can't even get to finish half a zone now by the time you are such a high level that is not even worth sticking around to finish it (that is, if you want to level up and have gear drops that will serve your current level).Sure, the new quests would have been awesome to have back in the days, but now that 1-80 leveling is so fast and easy that it means absolutely nothing, why even bother?
What I think the biggest mistakes made so far by Blizzard?1. Destroyed the Horde vs Alliance rivalry by mixing them so much in quests and worst of all, allowing faction changes. Now very few have loyalty to their faction. Even attacks to cities bring in very few to defend.2. Making it so easy to level. All players that have been here for years paid for every level with hard work. It meant something to get to level 40, 50, 70, and 80. Now, it takes just a few hours to get to 80. It is like saying that all you had to do to get a PhD now was to finish High School. Heck, I used to mean something to me to have leveled one of every class to 60, 70 and 80. Now, I see it as a waste of time. You pretty much have taken away all the challenges. Raiding, PvP, Questing, Leveling. Making things too easy do not bring a sense of accomplishment, which I think used to be a big part of the game.
You cut your way into C'thun, and you ride a griffin into a beast....that's a big difference from being shrunken and eaten(which is a major portion of the Vore culture).
