, a rare NPC located at the Wound in the World. Defeating him drops the readable item, which is composed of ten pages telling about the recent dreams of the ogre.

While Allied Races cannot be created on the 7.3.5 PTR, there's been a ton of datamining pointing to this feature being far along in development--
character customization

voice over lines for flirts and emotes

heritage armor
, and
dialogue for the scenarios
.
We dug a bit more into the
Interface/GlueXML/CharacterCreate.lua
file to see if code was present for creating an Allied Race on the character screen, and if so, what was the logic used to determine who was eligible to make an Allied Race.
