No longer usable in patch 2.0.1. This item is now considered a junk item and labeled Broken Silver Star, which is unfortunate cause they looked like ninja shuriken.

You do the quest, you get 200 of these and when you have thrown them away you will never be able to get new ones. Simple :)

It's a Glaive I think which means it's not ammo, plus it binds on pick up so it should return to your hand like a boomarang? No idea really though just guessing.

I thought they were throwing stars, like shuriken (hence a thrown weapon). you get to choose between the stars, some bullets and (i think) some arrows. All bop so no trading :(

It would be nice if there were a few more uncommon/rare throwing weapons.

I'm still hoping someone will enlighten me as to why it is more beneficial to use thrown weapons over others. The rogue talent doesn't really make it worth it, not when you can get / craft better guns.

Hmm just wondering if this really is ammo based, because 200 ammo of something really cool would make this kind of a novelty item. Anyone gotten it and used it from the quest yet?
