If stacked up to five times it will give the Furbolg bonus melee of spell damage. Heh, bonus melee of spell damage? So all those melee priests will be able to melee spell faster.

The class options seem a bit strange. No Druids or Shaman?
The class access doesn't equate with the Nagas either. For the most part, the options seem mostly generic.
You might have reasons for this, though.

You have an idea as to the mount?
Actually, I had been toying around with the idea of giant cave spiders, but it just didn't seem to fit to me.
And yeah, no Druids or Shamans, and the Naga no longer had Druids or Paladins, if you look at my post of them, although I am condsidering readding shamans for these guys and Paladins for the Naga.
And interesting, I suppose it is. They decided to go with something a "Little more familar" for the Goblins as a Horde race, so I'm going with something a "Little more familar" with the Alliance this time.

Added one final racial to balance it out with the Naga's five.

I see the Furbolg's starting quests as them having you fend off the encrouching creatures also under the effects of the corruption, and on occasion gather certain items to try and fend off the corruption that is spreading to your tribe mates.
The final quest would culimate in a showdown with the traitor that opened up the way for the corruption to once again reach your people. Even though you kill him, however, the corruption is there to stay, but the Barkskin Furbolg's can rest easier now knowing that one of their greatest enemies now lies dead on the cavern floor.

Barkskin Village, their racial capital, would more of less be somewhat reminict of the furbolg village in that big tree in Grizzly Hills, but much larger with the building's more interconnected. And, of course, broken up into sections for the trainers and other services.

I don't know, Druids make sense seeing as most of the uncorrupted Furbolg's are in Hyjal, protecting the World Tree as it trys to regrow itself.

These Furbolgs arn't uncorrupted, though, they're slightly corrupted.
I'll add Shaman's to these guys, and Paladins to the Naga to balance it out.

Well, if you've read the idea you'll see that they are no longer allied with Azshara or the Old Gods, and are in fact seeking a way to reverse the effects of the Old God's powers on them. Paladins - their power's fueled by the new, light-blessed Sunwell - would be one of the things they are trying to use to reverse the curse.
